NZ is completely out of stock of all funded “minipills” (ie progesterone-only contraceptives, POPs). We call on Pharmac to fund Cerazette, the ONLY remaining POP in the country. It is a matter of URGENCY for women to have access to effective contraception during Covid19 crisis. For some women a POP is the only effective and tolerated choice for them. All clinicians and champions of women’s rights are called on to join me to demand action on this NOW.
