Over the last two weeks the president of the United States, Joe Biden, has shown that he is more than willing to aid in war crimes and it is time for him to be removed and tried for such actions.

The Biden administration has approved the sale of $735 million in precision-guided weapons to Israel to fight against Palestine, a nation with no army and therefore broken numerous Acts and international laws and needs to face an Impeachment trial.

The Israeli government has not only participated in the acts of genocide, they have stifled the world in demolishing the building that numerous news organizations were.

As Steffen Seibert once said, “When free press is stifled, society is robbed of truth.”

The Israeli government notified the media outlets warning them a few hours after the following video was released depicting an Israeli Defense Force (IDF) officer was shown attempting to throw a grenade at innocent Palestinians.

More than 200 Palestinians have died by the hands of IDF over the last eight days.

More than 100 women and children, have been killed in Gaza so far, according to BBC News. 

President Biden has acknowledged that he is aware that these weapons will be used to target Palestine, according to the White House.

Therefore, President Biden has also knowingly let U.S. weapons to be used by the IDF, violating the Fourth Geneva Convention, the U.S. Arms Control Export Act and the Arms Supply Agreement between the U.S. and Israel.

According to Francis A. Boyle, a professor at the University of Illinois College of Law:

Under Article 24 of the United Nations Charter, the United Nations Security Council has 'primary responsibility for the maintenance of international peace and security.' Despite its obligation thereunder as a permanent member of the UN Security Council, the Biden administration has now three times in a row prevented the Security Council from fulfilling its duty and obligation under the terms of the United Nations Charter. The Biden administration has now aided and abetted war crimes, crimes against humanity and genocide by Israel against the Palestinians.

President Biden has always had the same views on the genocide against Palestinians.

According to Jewish Virtual Library:

"The Palestinians needs to accept once and for all reality and Israel’s right to have a secure democratic Jewish state in the Middle East."

In 1986, Biden said, “It’s about time we stop apologizing for our support for Israel, there’s no apology to be made. It is the best $3 billion investment we make. If there weren’t an Israel, the United States of America would have to invent an Israel to protect her interests in the region.”

Through President Biden's actions and words over the decades, is quite clear that Biden's recent decision is not in favor of innocent Palestinian lives.
