We lost 157 of our loved ones, on March 10th, 2019, in the Boeing 737 Max plane crash. On March 10, 2019, Ethiopian Airline Flight 302 a Boeing 737 Max crashed killing 157 people. Four months before Lion Air Flight 610 crashed, killing 189 people. 346 people have died as a result of a plane with a Dangerous structural design and a flight software called MCAS installed to mitigate the plane's inherently unsafe design. 

The youngest victim was a 9-month-old baby, amongst whole families with children and multiple generations. They were families on their way to a Holiday, honeymooners, humanitarians, Aid and UN workers. Young people on their way to their dream jobs and parents just trying to get home. 

The crash that killed 157 of our loved ones was the first of 15 crashes predicted in the planes life span by the Aircraft Risk Assessment  (TARAM) after the first crash. Boeing and the US FAA knew that the 737 max 8 was a catastrophic risk after the first crash. The MAX should have been grounded immediately after the first crash. Boeing refused to and said they were solving the issues, and the plane would be safe to continue flying. As a result, our loved ones died. 

Boeing and the FAA are closer to returning the 737 Max planes to service. Software "fixed" but not the dangerous structural design. The is plane still is not safe and lacks numerous safety systems.

After the loss of life due to COVID-19 and all the other tragedies to have happened in 2020. It is sickening that Boeing is exploiting our desire to travel after having to isolate for months as a launchpad for their flying coffins. Despite, the magnitude of loss 2020 has come with, they still do not mind families potentially lining graves with their loved ones, as long as they continue to line their pockets.

Our loved ones should not have to been shattered into a thousand pieces in a field far from their families, because people who had the power to do something decide not to. No other families should face the trauma and tragedy we continue to battle.

 It was only by divine intervention that the first plane crashed into the ocean and the second into a field. What if the third is over Times Square, London Bridge or Capitol Hill? Will it take the loss of a thousand or thousands of lives before real action is taken to protect the public?
