For over two years(Oct 2018) since the application for PTDF 2018/2019 LSS Awards It look over a year to Shortlist and Award , Since then it has always been from one update to another without any effort by the Fund to send award letter to the new awardees no single payment has been made despite it been budgeted for in the 2019 and 2020 budget cycle. I am an Awardees and it has been frustrating contacting them for enquires because their agents on the communication lines are very rude and threaten any one who dare seek for information. This petition is to Bring to notice the disdain in which PTDf treats Local Awardees. 

Some of us are almost completing our thesis without a dime been paid. SOMETHING MUST AND SHOULD BE DONE
