Planting two trees on Dagmar Road N22
Planting two trees on Dagmar Road N22
Why this petition matters
To all residents of Dagmar and Crescent Road, N22
A few weeks ago a lorry drove into a tree outside of no. 1 Dagmar Road. That tree has been then classified as dangerous and cut down on Wednesday 16th September, along with another tree in Dagmar Road.
Residents of Dagmar and Crescent Road would like these two trees to be replaced. This petition has been designed to collect signatures from the local residents supporting the appeal for the two trees to be included in the Haringey's local tree planting programme.
As residents we would like to support the council, and if necessary cover the cost of one tree.
Dagmar Road is a crescent and the majority of it runs along the railway track. Since the maintenance work next to the railway track this year, which involved the removal of a large number of trees, the noise pollution in the area has increased significantly.
As residents we are very keen to live in a green, less polluted and less noisy environment, and planting new trees will certainly help to improve this.
Please sign this petition to support the replanting of the two recently lost trees.
