Jeannie Quinn was reported missing to the Levelland police on April 15th, 2018. Her body was discovered on April 17th, 2018.  Jeannie was found hanging in a field near Arnold Boulevard and Marigold Street in Abilene with a "hard wire" twisted around her neck. The autopsy report called her death a "staged hanging" and she died of asphyxiation.  I cannot empathize enough how brutal her murder was that no one should have to endure. Jeannie was only 20 years old. Ricky Don Henderson was the last person to see Jeannie alive.

Ricky Don Henderson was sentenced to 50 years back in 2007 and was released on Parole after serving 7 years and he would remain on Parole for the remainder of his sentence (43-44 years).  He is currently being held on unrelated charges in Taylor County, Texas. It’s been brought to our attention that there were times Ricky Don Henderson tested positive on his Drug analysis (DA) when meeting with his Parole Officer.

So, our question is why the State of Texas hasn’t pulled his Parole indefinitely for these violations? Why didn’t the State of Texas take any action? Maybe if they did Jeannie would still be with us. Please sign so we can have his Parole Revoked Indefinitely.
