The TV Plus (LiveTV) application on Samsung TVs has been found by the Samsung consumer community to largely be a detriment to their purchasing experience. We do not find this application useful at all. Removing the application from all Samsung TVs will ensure a better consumer experience. Without the TV Plus app:

• there would no longer be constant and unwanted with everyday usage of a Samsung TV
• there would no longer be an application that automatically installs without the end user's permission
• there would be no more automatic interruptions when switching sources on a Samsung TV
• there would be no more unexpected and loud audio broadcast at night, due to the auto-switching to the TV Plus app
• consumers will continue to purchase Samsung TVs instead of turning to competing brands that do not have the TV Plus app
