Have you ever had a Kentucky Hot Brown sandwich? It's delicious. It's both bad for your health but good for your soul. It's life-changing. I believe that if more people had delicious things, they would be happier and have less energy to spew negativity into the world. People just need a good meal and to enjoy the little things. 

When chef Fred K. Schmidt invented the sandwich, he wasn't given proper due. He deserves recognition. The sandwich deserves recognition. Before we wanted to give the world a coke, I think people wanted to give the world a Hot Brown. Let's give Fred K. Schmidt the post-humous props he deserves.
