The North Dakota High School Athletic Association (NDHSAA) is in need of a two tier system for boys High School hockey. There is too much disparity from top to bottom in the current league. We don't feel we are growing the game of hockey in our state with the current setup. We would like the ability for the upper end teams and lower end teams to free up games in their schedule for more comparable competition.  Without better competition at the higher levels, there is a higher probability of losing athletes to junior programs.  We feel a two tier system would also be more inviting for new teams to join the league. 

The intent of this petition is to show the NDHSAA the support and desire there is for a two tier system. We hope this will encourage them to start the process to make it happen.
