I'm a member of the Universal community who stands by the inherent dignity and of the equal and inalienable rights of all members of the human family as the foundation of freedom, justice, and peace in the world which is part of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. After careful review of the documents on Shan's website (ncmoderndaylynching.org ) concerning Shan Carter's actual innocence of case No.1 the Donald Brunson murder and Shan Carter's innocence of case No. 2 Tyrone Baker and Demetrius Green's deaths by way of self-defense and accident, respectively is very obvious that Shan Carter has been wrongfully convicted of case No.1 the Donald Brunson murder mainly do to the civil rights violation from malicious prosecution and malicious  abuse of process and Shan Carter has been wrongfully convicted of case No.2 the deaths of Tyrone Baker and Demetrius Greene mainly do to civil rights violation from malicious abruse of process by prosecutors.

   I'm joining this campaign to stop the lynching of Shan Carter, by signing this online petition along with my authentication email address as a member of the universal community, in demanding that the state of North Carolina and or federal government of the United States of America, who violated Shan Carter's human and  silver rights lmmediatly release him or at the least immediately grant him a a new trial.
