Kenmore Asphalt Materials is an old-fashioned asphalt facility, which is not required to conform to modern emission standards and continues to endanger public health and safety. This company releases extremely toxic emissions that are harming those who live near and like to travel on the Burke-Gilman Trail. Especially with the wildfires and Covid-19, these toxins, when exposed to the lungs, can cause severe damage. Sign this petition to let Puget Sound Clean Air Agency and the Department of Ecology know that the community does not tolerate this complete disregard of public health.
