This is a petition for the justice and freedom of Pierre Rushing who has been serving 8 years behind bars for a crime he did not commit. They have witnesses admitting that Pierre Rushing is not the suspect who committed the crime, yet they have not released Pierre. They are trying to make Pierre take deals for his freedom but why should Pierre Rushing take a deal and have something on his records for a crime he did not commit! They are doing this to so many young black men! Please help bring justice to light! Please help the fight for Pierre Rushing and all the wrongfully convicted! As someone standing beside Pierre during this trying time I have witnessed so many innocent men lose their lives to the system not because of what the individual has done but because of the corrupt system that has been against people of color since this country was built on their backs! Let us not turn on heads and be blind to the enslavement of our people right before our eyes! Imagine if it were you, your son, your grandson, your brother. Would you allow them to convict them if they were innocent? Justice for Pierre Rushing who represents all wrongfully convicted innocent black men! Thank you
