Hi all,

As a loyal Samsung supporter, i have always enjoyed their products, and have upgraded constantly to the latest technology.

However, my last round of upgrades, has left me feeling sour, and trying to deal with Samsung and their representatives about this has left a bitter taste in my mouth.

My Samsung HW-Q90R Soundbar has connection issues, it is connected via HDMI to a brand new Samsung Q900T 8k Television and i have a brand new Samsung S20 Ultra Phone.

Something in Samsung's new technology is causing my Sub woofer to pop and crackle every time i use the phone near the TV. Others i have spoken to have the problem when they're TV and Soundbar are in the same room, others have the problem with just the soundbar and different wireless technologies.

Basically, every time i ring Samsung about the issue, i go through the same process, reporting the issue, to be told this is the first they have heard of the issue.

I have had Samsung representative technicians out to sight the fault, One of the technicians denied hearing anything, whilst the other technician immediately noted that there was a huge issue, and comment that in his opinion it was a design fault of the soundbar and that something in Samsung's proprietary WiFi technology that the Bar and Sub woofer use to connect is most likely causing the issue.

After leaving the issue with the techs, i rang Samsung to be told that the ticket had been closed and that the resolution is to not use my phone while using the soundbar.

I am now in the process of having Samsung's engineers try to recreate the issue so i can receive my money back or a equivalent replacement.

Lets show Samsung that this is a serious design flaw, and that there are more than one isolated case. Sign this petition if you feel your Samsung HW-Q90R soundbar is not fit for purpose as a top tier flagship soundbar, and that we want a replacement refund. At the very least lets show Samsung that this is an issue, and unacceptable.

Share with anybody from any forums in any country that you know of, relating to this soundbar or issue. and lets voice our displeasure to Samsung together.
