Insurance is something no one wants to ever have to use but, while these companies will take our money, they refuse to pay out except for shoddy work done by unethical companies and threaten customers when they have no choice but, to put in a claim.  

Most people refuse to use insurance and instead, pay for things out of pocket yet there are no incentives for people who pay faithfully.  It might be useful for premiums to be lowered especially during pandemic times when people can't afford much of anything, let alone for insurances that they cannot use thanks to the insurance companies.  

We, the undersigned, demand that insurance companies provide customers with a way in which to use the insurance we pay for every year especially, home insurance vs our pockets where there is only lint thanks to them and other service providers.  

A FULL investigation is necessary and needed.  It's time and it needs to be done.
