6/24 Update: 

On June 24, 2022, the Supreme Court reversed the landmark Roe v. Wade decision, upending decades of precedent, removing access to critical, life-saving health care across the country and so much more. Many of our clients and partners have issued statements and enacted policies to protect their employees. We call on Slalom to take action.

We believe that "to love your work and life" you must retain agency over your body and future. It is time for Slalom to "do what is right, always" and issue a statement: 

• Condemning the decision and acknowledging that in order to be anti-racist and anti-discrimination, Slalom must stand with Roe and affirm the myriad rights set by its precedent.
• Affirming that Slalom will continue to provide access to the reproductive health care its employees and their families need, particularly in states that aim to criminalize that care.
• Providing travel and relocation support to employees (and their family members) who need abortion care.
• Offering resources to employees who are emotionally, mentally, and physically impacted by this news.

Recently, the Supreme Court drafted an opinion to strike down the landmark Roe v. Wade decision. Should Roe v. Wade be overturned, we stand to lose access to critical, life-saving health care across the country and so much more.

Many companies have already issued statements and begun enacting policies to protect their employees from this risk. We call on Slalom to take action. We believe that "to love your work and life" you must retain agency over your body and future. It is time for Slalom to "do what is right, always" and issue a statement with: 

• An acknowledgement that the national push to restrict access to reproductive health care will affect many Slalom employees, and that people are scared and hurting.
• An affirmation that Slalom will continue to provide access to the reproductive health care its employees need, particularly in states that aim to criminalize that care.
• Resources to support employees who are emotionally, mentally, and physically impacted by this news.
