For the last 4 years, the 80 Watt District-Property Business Improvement District, (PBID) has been the collective voice of property owners, businesses and advocates who strive to make our part of North Highlands, a more safe, vibrant and desirable place to do business. (See Map) Operating primarily from funds collected through the (PBID), the not-for-profit (501C6) 80 Watt District carries out a vast array of responsibilities and services, all aimed at improving economic impact with Security, Maintenance, Advocacy, Marketing, and Capital Improvements.  Our district services END on December 31, 2020, and we are now in the Renewal process. 

The Year 2020 brings about the need to once again commit to pooling resources through the PBID to continue our work for another ten-year term. If this PBID has made a difference to your property and/or business, please help us continue to grow the economic vitality of the 80 Watt District.  WE NEED your signature (Property Owners) casting your ballot in favor and ensure that the district renewal can proceed to a positive vote by the Sacramento County Supervisors in July 2020 for a ten-year term.
