My name is Archimedes Sapitula CEO Friendyoo Inc which owns WhoaDomain.com. I am a domain investor. I hope everyone is staying and healthy. During the current Coronavirus pandemic certain companies are taking the initiative to help including the government but giving the people money saving breaks so they can take care of their families during this crisis. Farmers insurance did their part. I believe Verisign has an opportunity here to show it cares for the people it makes money from. The little guy who invests in domains. Even if the domains suck. Verisign still makes money. 

ICANN recently involked the 3.7.5.1 Registrar Accreditation Agreement to help domainers. Recently I tried to transfer domains at a registrar but missed their promo. I was told the promo could not be given due to the fact they have not met Verisign's quota to be able to issue a promo of $6.99 for transfers of .com. The current rate at this registrar is $8.49. Does Verisign really want to be the "company that is making money regardless of coronavirus"? Trust me Verisign. Domainers WILL remember. I'm not asking for FREE Transfers but just for the registrars to not need a quota to be able to give their $6.99 transfer promo.What do you think domainers? Agree?  Vote!
