We have contacted Dave Considine and heard back, Trumps Office, DOJ WI, DOJ Federal, FBI, and others as well as local individuals some are notary's and others are school teachers with good standing in the community and they agree that all evidence should be heard including all the wrong doing to me and my family.

Brief timeline at bottom with violations and police report numbers, we also have video footage if needed.

We are doing this so our voice can speak for our community and those that were done wrong by these police forces and government individuals. There has been too much corruption in these two counties that have taken away too many innocent people and enough is enough, justice needs to be served. We are fighting against Sauk County and Columbia County Police & Sheriffs Department  of Wisconsin. They have shown police misconduct, abuse of power, and lying under oath.

There is a lot of corruption going on in Sauk & Columbia County Police, Sheriff Department and DA's. The Sauk & Columbia County Police & Sheriff Department are doing worse crimes such as abuse of power, police misconduct, cyber hacking and lying under oath.

1) Sauk County Sheriff Department illegally hacked our security cameras and broke into our shed looking for something and let behind evidence that they were in our shed it stated "Sauk County Sheriff Department" right on the item. We reported it with officer Brandon Sonn of Baraboo Police Department who physically witnessed the item and documented it. They also hacked into the wrong camera system which was our neighbors cameras deleted all their video footage and our video footage, and when we both filed police reports against them, of course we couldn't have them investigate it if they are ones doing it.

2) SAUK- As well as the illegal raid of the 625 address which has its own electric and water meters. The address has been listed as multi house dwelling for years through the city of Baraboo it has a fire egress door to 623 side in event of a fire Baraboo Det. George Bonham, Sauk Det. Erik Oakeson, Baraboo Det. Scott Steinhorst, Sauk Det. Sgt. Eric Miller who is now retired, Sauk Det. Sgt. Jeff Shimon, and Baraboo Officer Jessica. Pichler were only given permission to search 623 side by my wife because she felt threatened into signing the consent to search form because the police state she had to or they would just go get a warrant anyway she only has permission and access to this address. They unlawfully entered 625 Ridge St. They are trying to accuse me of growing marijuana which it was hemp it was under 1 month old its too young to test for CBD or THC it has not hit its genetic hormonal age there was no flowering. Which as if I understand correctly it is legal to have 13 hemp plants without permit. They also tried to commit attempted arson during the raid by leaving their rubber gloves on the floor board electric heater and cranking it up all way as hot as it gets which my wife and mother found when trying to clean up the mess. And they confiscated the item which was my proof I had against them.

3)SAUK-This should have never happened in the first place due to it all being conducted under false accusations from my mother Linda Halatek over a Facebook post of me holding a shotgun with a Don't Tread On Me/Trump shirt stating "Wife made me an anniversary shirt I'm gunna wear it out to the shooting range and practice up I told her I'll do my best to keep it clean it sure is a nice shirt". Over this post she claimed I was going to shoot up the school or the police department which led to 6 officers pointing a gun at me, they had me surrounded, multiple officers stated if I didn't walk towards them they would shoot and they were all in different directions.  I tried file police report against Linda and her false accusations and no police officer called back or showed.  Because of her false accusations DHS agent Amanda Moore was assigned to us for 60 days which conclude she wrote the judge and said there was no need to continue with the investigation.

4)SAUK-While I was arrested down at the Baraboo police department being questioned at the end of the questioning right after George Bonham made me put my signature on a business card, the very last thing he said to me was "he has less than 2 years to retirement and he thinking about being a hemp farmer" what that is supposed to mean I do not know. During my first night in Sauk County Jail I stated over the phone to my wife about the conditions of my jail cell which should be recording on February 16th that there was blood on the floor and poop on the side of the cement bed, that cell was not sanitary yet they made me wear a mask in order to make a phone call. 

5)SAUK- Also I had asked the judge(banker or administrator of trust accounts) Michael Screnock for a change a venue with attorney Kira Visser at the time, which just got swept under the rug, and he also didn't give me an extension to seek adequate time to seek proper council for the case against me, he denied it. They also the put on my original paperwork from being released from jail a court date of March 19th @ 10:15am and on Wisconsin CCAP also states March 19th 10:15am the attorney I had at that time only handles criminal cases. Therefore, I needed a new attorney to handle everything she appeared for court on 19th but the prosecuting attorney Michael Albrecht didn’t show as well as he never replied to her through email or phone still been weeks.  They trying to say I had court on the 10th of March and I missed it but they are lying for each other and trying give me an unlawful case and not allowing me adequate time to seek proper council. On the 19th of March my attorney was trying to get a change of venue because I can prove all parties involved against me had broken there oath to serve and protect they are only serving their side of corruption.

6) SAUK-On May 26th 10:15am with court with Judge Screnock for Sauk County he asked me if I had questions for Detective George Bonham and I stated Yes upon me trying to ask him a question I was immediately objected before I even got a few words out to ask a question, which this is denying me of my 6th amendment right to be able to represent myself and my 1st amendment right of freedom of speech. 

7) Columbia County was definitely police misconduct and profiling off of Sauk County's case which I am innocent until proven guilty. Sheriff Deputy Officer Travis Lange committed an illegal traffic stop when I was broken down on side of road safely off the road, the windows were up, the doors were closed, I wasn't in the vehicle upon his arrival. I committed no crime( see self vs. ray) and I told the officer I needed no assistance yet, he still had to run my ID and he profiled me off of my previous charges from Sauk County, which I'm still innocent until proven guilty. He had never gotten 20ft within my vehicle. He asked to search the vehicle when he brought my ID back and I clearly stated "No" He then went back to his vehicle grabbed the dog walk up to the side of the vehicle, he tapped the vehicle twice, the dog sat down and then he gave the dog a ball and returned the dog to the vehicle. He stated the dog smelled drugs in the car, he searched the car found no drugs, but found old brass knuckles in the center counsel and considered it a concealed weapon and charged me with carrying a concealed weapon and  felony bail jumping.

Note :this goes against the original constitution and the rewritten 2nd constitution for the us corporation or the crown of England as well…. See the act of 1871

8)COLUMBIA-We contacted the officers supervisor Chris Weber and his supervisor and none of them will reconsider looking at the dash cam footage or body cam footage.

9)COLUMBIA-Now Judge Troy Cross denied my extension since I still needed time to seek legal counsel. Judge Andrea Von Hoff only offered me a signature bond but never offered me a cash bond. I signed the signature bond and I wrote in the blank areas of it that I do not agree with this refer to this attached paperwork meaning this petition. I will send it back to them with my signature but do not agree because I'm innocent if this case had a fair trial I can prove it.

I currently have you tagged in a petition that I started since it seems like its the only was my voice will be heard. They should be the ones charged guilty this was all started from their illegal acts I asked that this be dropped and my property (tent and lights) be returned once this is all proven because that is theft of my property. I’ve done nothing but always help my community and help anybody else in need whether it was snow blowing the block, stopping fixing somebody’s car etc I don’t deserve this. Please I need your help.

The US Constitution states It is impossible for a law that violates the Constitution to be valid. This is succinctly stated as follows: “All laws which are repugnant to the Constitution are null and void.” Marbury vs. Madison 5 US (2 Cranch) 137, 144, 176, (1803)

The Declaration of Independence which is the highest law of the Land states:

"We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal,
that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights,
that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. That to
secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving
their just powers from the consent of the governed. That whenever any
Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right
of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government,
laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in
such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and
Happiness."

Also these judges n Barr are operating illegally scence the act of 1871 they are operating under the laws of the sea not the land n treating free people as “strawmen” or legal fiction or birth certificate slaves I am not a 14th amendment citizen I am an American national they have no jurisdiction status or standing over me I don’t fall under there 10 mile square jurisdiction of DC that they are unlawfully operating outside of committing fraud under the coloring of law for those that don’t know law is land air n water the operate in the law of the sea n consider use dead vessels at sea or chattel or slaves I also gave the de-facto courts the proof and court case that went threw common law courts of the original 13th amendment was ratified or titles of nobility amendment that titles of nobility are illegal in the USA  like esquires or attorneys or lawyers all the same also gave them the proof that in 2015 the supreme court ruled you don’t need a license to freely travel as well they are a criminals

11-19-2020 19:08pm Detective Joe Kellog of Sauk County Sheriff Department questioned us about a acquaintance and info on his where abouts. We gave him all the info he needed and he left. (REFUSED TO GIVE US THIS REPORT OR PAPERWORK WHEN WE REQUESTED)

11-22-2020 We cut up a deer with 2 other people as witnesses in the garage.

11-26-2020 Cameras were down from Midnight til 1am shed was broken into and we found the Sauk County Sheriff Departments pen (4th amendment broken) (Computer Fraud and Abuse Act violated)

11-29-2020 Baseball thrown at our front window from moving vehicle (Case # B20-08336)

12-11-2020 My mom (Linda Halatek) was threatened in her driveway saying her son better shut his mouth and her vehicle was hit and run while she was at our residence (CASE #B20-08535)

12-26-2020 Officer Brandon Sonn followed up with us per our request in regards to the pen and the events that previously happened and made a report of the pen (Case # B20-8831)

2-15-2021 Linda Halatek reported false accusations based off of a Facebook post  the led to arrest/raid of 623 Ridge St on consent form but they raided 625 Ridge St

2-16-2021 10am I told my wife the conditions of the Sauk County jail cell and sanitary conditions.

2-16-2021 2:35pm Sauk Initial Appearance was given only signature bond $1000 no violent or abusive contact with any individual. No possession of controlled substances without prescription.

5-11-2021 BARABOO-Officers John Statz and Kathy Klein Complaints about our 2 Freedom of Speech sign (1st amendment broken) told us to take them down we only took 1 down.

5-12-2021 BARABOO-Officers John Statz and Kathy Klein More complaints about the other Freedom of Speech sign Officer John Statz stated “THE TRUTH DOESN’T MATTER” (1st amendment broken again) told us to remove the sign because its on a tree by the curb which is being considered city property, yet a house at 5th and Park St has a sign posted on their tree on the curb and they aren't being harassed about theirs. It is discrimination because mine is about freedom of speech and COVID-19 because I care about humanity and theirs is about their business. 

5-12-2021 Columbia denied request for extension to seek legal counsel. (6th amendment broken)

5-16-2021 BARABOO-While simply arriving at the Oshners park to play with our daughter officer Jonathan Conney harassed me while they where having a get together for police only at the park from Baraboo PD I think it was because I had a Trump and "Don't Tread on Me" shirt on so my family left and went to Haskins park where I picked up garbage and masks that where scattered all over the play area while my daughter played.

Yet again month has past and no response to our complaints. 

Chip Meister was hand delivered a notarized copy of our petition some evidence and complaint and he has neglected his duty to respond. We contacted him via phone multiple times today, 7/16, 7/4, 6/18, 5/21, 5/20, 5/16, 4/5 when do you think he will ever have time to contact us back. I also delivered chip Meister the international warrant to cease all covid jabs there not vaccines on feb 14th of 2022 he didn’t  could have saved allot of people from vaccine injuries. Also gave him the proof of the poisoned tap water he did nothing. You can go to ewg.org click on bars at top left put in zip code and look yourselves.

We filed complaints online through Columbia County Sheriffs 3 times and no response so we today called and left voicemail for Roger Brandner. 

These Sheriffs are the one elected officials in these counties why are they neglecting their duty to look at the evidence and put the pieces together.

7-19-2021 Officer Jessica. Pichler drove by our house at 10:30am pointed her hand towards me as a gun shooting at me called made complaint with Officer Matt Gilbert

We have finally made contact with Chip Meister for Sauk County Sheriff Department he said we should contact LT. Mark Schaff, and that he cannot do anything for the what Baraboo Police Department did. 

We also didn't hear back from Roger Brandner but a different Columbia County Sheriff who did actually reviewed the dash cam footage and heard our side of what happened and is going to review it again and talk to Officer Travis Lange and call us back later. 

 

7-20-2021 Left message for Officer Brandon Sonn to contact us. No Response.

7-23-2021 We told Officer Brandon Sonn to cancel the request to speak with him about the evidence we had logged with him before the raid.

9-14-2021 I asked for an extension of time and was denied. Then the DA Michael Albrecht stated the state could use more time due to the crime lab was being of no help to their case, and the judge granted him more time and moved the pretrial to 1/21/22 2pm and the jury trial to 2/10/22 8:30am

9-16-2021 Emily Hutchinson (wife) and Linda Halatek (mom) received subpoenas to appear 30 mins before the jury trial to discuss our testimony about the case. Note: we are witnesses for Robert not the state. We will not be cohersed into being a witness against Robert when we feel he did nothing wrong. The cops involved are the ones that started this illegally in the first place.

9-27-2021 We sent Judge Troy Cross an extension request due to 1 charge of Columbia County stems off of Sauk County's case and it was denied. 

10-11-2021 Robert addressed the same issue again that the charges stem off of Sauk County and the Judge said the one charge stems off Sauk and they would proceed forward without delay on the one charge because it didn't stem off Sauk County and he granted us more time to seek counsel pre trial conference set 11/16/21 1:10pm and preliminary hearing 12-29-21 2:30pm.

1-21-2022 Final Pretrial DA Switched from Michael X Albrecht to Gabriel Arevalo. Court states Robert is capable of defending himself. Jury Trial was scheduled for 2-10-2022.

2-1-2022 DA Gabriel Arevalo asked for continuance and Jury Trial got pushed back til June 1, 2022. Final Pretrial 5-13-2022

Inbetween these dates the Original Jury picked for 2-10-22 Trial got changed to a completely different jury for the 6-1-22.

5-10-22 Officer Jeff Shimon contaminated the test in his report and sent it in to be tested. The officer failed to mention in his detailed report any cleaning of the grinder.

5-13-2022 DA Gabriel Arevalo states there are 3 witness analysts but wanted them to testify over phone Robert objected wanted them here in person, DA said only 1 may come in person, and court suggestion they be here in person.

5-16-2022 Robert filed paperwork and demand for discovery and any evidence needed for trial. A USB was given with police reports, lab reports, video footage, photos, BUT NO WITNESS LIST! NO CRIMINAL REPORT! 

6-1- 2022 Jury Trial Day 1 then was told of witnesses that will be used during trial, when by law its recommended they be known well in advance. Officer Bonham said him and Jeff Shimon were the only officers in the back bathroom yet other officers were on seen. Jeff Shimon got on the stand and was questioned about his report he mentions how he would clean out a grinder but fails to mention it at all in his report. There causing major probable cause for contamination. Jeff Shimon was also asked about other items at the residence yet neither him or Bonham could explain the disappearance of our evidence against the department or why none of the officers at the residence weren't wearing body camera if they knew it would result in a court action.

6-2-2022 Jury Trial Day 2 Robert was found guilty of all 3 counts.

AND just a note: all test of plants where negative until they didn’t get results they desired and Jeff Shimon in his own report bought new grinder ground up THC buds first then my hemp plants (which were not old enough to test for anything) to falsify the evidence and lied on the stand 6-1-2022

 

I will not let the truth go unnoticed or be silent about what I know to be the truth I’ve asked multiple times for the police to investigate themselves and there officers lies they refuse to do so they are trying to let their crimes go unnoticed I pray this gets shared far and wide!
