我們都是利君雅 我們反對港府政治逼害記者
政府的支持者四出投訴不同意見人士，企圖令文革打壓異己之風死灰復燃，香港電台首當其衝。港台英文節目 “脈搏”（The Pulse）記者質詢世界衛生組織高級顧問被指不當，《頭條新聞》有關警方的內容被投訴至要抽起，《左右紅藍綠》更在連串投訴後被腰斬，現在更連敢於提問的港台記者亦被翻舊帳，不敵壓力的港台，決定「重啟」之前對電視部員工利君雅已完成的調查，並延長其試用期 120天。
我們看到的是，市民投訴警方的個案就如泥牛入海，政府的支持者投訴港台，卻能夠令港台重啟已完結的調查，明顯是有勢力在配合港府打壓傳媒、打懕新聞自由，這種政治干預必須及早叫停。否則，連記者提問亦要按官方容許的範圍行事，港人還有何新聞自由可言！
在港府意圖搶奪記者定義權、為記者發牌鳴鑼開道之際，港台又配合地以延長試用期等方式來「懲罰」盡職提問的記者，實屬無理打壓，有政治迫害之嫌！我們必須齊聲向打壓新聞自由的港府說不，請參與聯署，反對港府政治迫害記者。

We Are All Nabela. We oppose political persecution of journalists
Government supporters have been actively complaining against dissent in Hong Kong in an attempt to revive such a Cultural Revolution tactic here. And Radio Television Hong Kong (RTHK) has become the first target. A reporter with the RTHK English program 《The Pulse》questioning a World Health Organization senior adviser was accused of being “improper”; the 《Headliner》show was ordered to take out its content involving the police after a supposed barrage of complaints; and solo-talk show 《Left and Right, Red, Blue and Green》has now even been scrapped altogether, following similar treatment from government authorities. Bowing to the pressure, RTHK management would now reopen a previously concluded investigation into a case concerning TV department employee Nabela Qoser, and prolong her probation period by 120 days.
This is clear for all to see: Complaints against the police receive no official feedback whatsoever, while pro-government complaints against RTHK can prompt the re-visiting of a completed probe. There are clearly forces behind the scenes collaborating with the government to suppress the media and freedom of the press. Such political intervention must be stopped as soon as possible.
By the time all journalists can only ask questions permitted by the government, it will be too late — Hong Kong’s free press will have sunk into oblivion.
At a time when the Hong Kong government claims the right to define a journalist, practically introducing a quasi licensing system here, when RTHK management would actually “cooperate” and use administrative means to punish a journalist who was just doing her job, we can see this is outright suppression and it amounts to political persecution!
