FR : Face au génocide culturel se traduisant par la construction d'un Colisée au sein du Rova de Manjakamiadana, un site en cours d'inscription au patrimoine mondial de l'UNESCO, NOUS, citoyens malgaches des 4 coins du globe, exigeons l'arrêt immédiat des travaux et la démolition du bâtiment incriminé. NOUS nous érigeons en défenseurs des héritages culturels et historiques à Madagascar. 

Rendons à Iarivo ce qui est à Iarivo, et à Rome ce qui est à Rome. Le Palais de la Reine et Anatirova font la richesse et l'originalité d'Antananarivo et de Madagascar. Il s'agit d'un des hauts lieux qui composent l'identité culturelle malgache. Il est urgent que cesse le mépris flagrant et institutionnalisé de notre culture profonde au profit de bâtiments globalisés, pauvres et appauvrissants.

Jamais dans l'histoire de la Nation malgache, un régime n'a osé défigurer un héritage culturel sous prétexte d'innovation. Institutionnaliser de la sorte le vandalisme du patrimoine culturel est contraire aux principes républicains. Il est inimaginable qu'un gouvernement transparent prenne au dépourvu les citoyens et  profite de la situation d'urgence Coronovirus pour accélérer la démolition d'un site d'intérêt patrimonial et culturel.

Nous en appelons à tous les défenseurs des héritages culturels partout dans le monde de signer cette pétition pour que plus aucun autre héritage culturel ne soit vandalisé !

Let`s give back to Iarivo what belongs to Iarivo, and to Rome belongs Rome. The Queen's Palace and Anatirova make the richness and originality of Antananarivo and Madagascar itself. It is one of the crucial places that creates Malagasy cultural identity. It is urgent that the blatant and institutionalized contempt for our deep culture cease in favor of globalized, poor, and impoverishing buildings.

Never in the history of the Malagasy Nation, a regime has dared to disfigure a cultural heritage under the pretext of innovation. To institutionalize the vandalism of cultural heritage in this way is contrary to republican principles. It is unimaginable that a transparent government would catch citizens off guard and take advantage of the Coronavirus emergency to accelerate the demolition of a subject of heritage and cultural interest.
