At age of nine I won an art contest at my school in Rochester New York in 1973 for the best design for a building and restaurant.

It was for the entire 4th Grade of the City School District for Rochester New York; I attended No. 20 School in Rochester, NewYork.

I created the concept in 1973... Corgan, Balestiere and Leaper submitted their architectural design in 1976.

Look them up, they have designed only 1 building (1 project)... The Building with the hamburger shaped top called Changing Scene Resturant.

My prize was a trip to a grand opening of a Burger King in midtown plaza.

It was not a space ship design, it was a hamburger, I Levon Jones (as a child), drew the elevator going up into the hamburger.

The reason I beat all the other kids was because of the logic & common sense used, and the fact I knew all the other kids would draw rectangular buildings (as all did)!

Mine stood out and I won because of my idea of going into the hamburger shape to eat.

I knew everyone was going to make squares, so I had to do something to standout amongst my peers.

The image you see now, that is a reality... The First Federal Plaza building came from my imagination.

And the City School District No. 20 and Corporate America, specifically Corgan, Balestiere and Leaper knew where this concept and design of this building came from my winning design.

Corgan, Balestiere and Leaper have enjoyed the fruits of my labor.

I'm no longer a nine year old and I'm asking you to help me to do something about this... Take time out and please sign my petition and help me expose this atrocity!

Over the years I’ve sought professional help to deal with the fact no one believed me.

With your support they can't just look over the fact that an injustice has taking place and that my idea (intellectual property) was stolen, used and implemented.

The building stands today as First Federal Plaza in Rochester, N.Y. and till this day I have received no recognition or compensation... Please help in this David verses Goliath battle to expose this atrocity and obtain the recognition deserved!
