هذا التخويل هو لتقديم شكوى إلى المحكمة الجنائية الدولية بحق أعضاء في الحكومة العراقية والميليشيات التابعة إلى إيران و كل من ثبت عليه بالدليل إجرامه بحق المتظاهرين الأبرياء من قتل وتعذيب وإخفاء قسري .

This act as an authorization to file a complaint to the international criminal court against Iraqi government members and militias affiliated to Iran and all those who have been proven to be a part of any act related to this issue or participate in killing, torture and kidnapping the innocent iraqi demonstrators.
