In 2002 the Florida Senate passed a Bill containing the following Communist Tyrannical verbiage, which was signed into Law by former Governor Jeb Bush and recently re-signed into Law by Governor Ron DeSantis:

“Individuals who are unable or unwilling to be examined, tested, vaccinated, or treated for reasons of health, religion, or conscience may be subjected to isolation or quarantine…If there is no practical method to isolate or quarantine the individual, the State Health Officer may use any means necessary to vaccinate or treat the individual. Any order of the State Health Officer given to effectuate this paragraph is shall be immediately enforceable by a law enforcement officer under s. 381.0012.”

The above is in direct violation of our God-given Inalienable Rights,  which are protected by the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, United States Constitution, Bill of Rights, Federal Civil Rights, Americans with Disabilities Act and 42 U.S.C.

SUCH VERBIAGE IS COMMUNIST AND TYRANNICAL IN NATURE AND MUST NOT BE PERMITTED TO REMAIN IN FLORIDA LAW. 

God-Respecting Freedom Loving People In Florida MUST Stand, Speak Out, Unite, Organize and DEMAND The IMMEDIATE REMOVAL Of Such Communist Tyrannical Verbiage From Our Laws. Such Verbiage Is Nothing Less Than A Communist Attempt To Establish Medical Tyranny Within The GREAT State Of Florida!
