Robert Marren Solicitor refused to award Michael Gavin the grant money’s paid down from the Dept. of Agriculture. Michael is owed over €116,000 for 9 years minding the farm Animals.

Robert Marren Solicitor held onto the funds from the land sale for nearly 2 years, and then finally awarded to Michael Gavin and his sister €12,500 plus interest less than what we were each entitled to.

Willie Penrose TD BL was not paid for his opinion, when the estate was charged for same.

Robert Marren Solicitor Squandered the estate assets and hired an additional accountant at a cost of €8,751.45.

Marren did not provide a “detailed bill of costs” for his fee of €40,892.53 he awarded to himself.

No bill of costs was provided for T & N McLynn Solicitors, Athlone, paid an amount of €38,941 a year prior to closing.

Tony Henry, Tormeys Solicitors, Athlone failed to undertake the instructions given him through John Glynn Solicitors to prevent Mr. Robert Marren closing in isolation to well founded objections.

Sign Petition of Michael Gavin fighting to receive the compensation that was stolen from him for 9 years of unpaid work!

Expose Solicitors and Family that were the cause of his Elder Abuse by depriving him compensation for looking after the Farm Animals for 9 years on his Old Age pension. Financial Elder Abuse of the Highest Order shame on them!

Michael believes that the Grant Money paid down from the Department of Agriculture is to feed the Animals NOT the Greedy Solicitor and Beneficiaries who did nothing but squander the estate assets.

Michael's well founded Objections were ignored and instead of taking the matter back to court for a Judge to decide, Mr Marren Solicitor distributed the Estate assets in isolation to his objections.

Michael has calculated that he is owed in and around €116,000 for the 9 years he spent looking after his own animals and the Estate animals.

Mr Marren also held on to the Proceeds from the land auction for 2 years and refused to pay out same to Michael and his Elderly Widowed sister Eileen.

The amount he did finally awarded them was €12,500 each less than what they are entitled to and although they have queried this numerous times, Robert Marren refuses to provide a reasonable explanation as to why.

He also deducted €3,500 from Eileen Linney’s share for livestock she owed. Eileen is not a farmer and she never owed any animals except maybe a cat. Again no acceptable reason was provide for this deduction.

Robert Marren hired an additional Account from Mullingar to oversee the accounts that were prepared by the family accountant. The Mullingar Accountant charged €7,500 while the family accountant charged €6,500 #CRONYISM.

Robert Marren sought and charged for the advice of Willie Penrose Agriculture Advisor at the time.

What was his advise?

Did Willie Penrose advice Robert Marren not to compensate Michael Gavin with the Grants paid down from the Dept of Agriculture to feed the Animals?

The Estate was charged for Willie Penrose, however no invoice was provide, and we were informed that Willie Penrose was not paid so where is the Money?

In total Michael and Eileen believe they are owed in the region of €150,000.

They believe Robert Marren Solicitor has ignored their Objections.

Where is the Detailed Bill of Costs for fees of over €40,000 paid to Robert Marren & Co. The devil is in the detail no doubt!

Robert Marren Solicitor is a Law onto himself & behaves in an arrogant fashion!

85 Year Old Michael Gavin wants to Raise Funds to Sue Solicitors and Family that were the cause of his Elder Abuse.

They took advantage of Michael's kind nature and tricked him into minding the farm animals of his late brothers estate for over 9 years.
Michael Gavin and Eileen Linney feel they have exhausted all avenues of seeking Justice and have no alternative but to hire the best Barrister they can to Sue for what was wrongly taken from them..
