Any person that is employed as a civil servant, or any office holder that is paid by tax-payer dollars, must have their investment portfolios in a blind-trust while employed or entrusted to by citizens and residents of the United States of America. Any and all investments by those mentioned herein, may not have direct control of their investment portfolio - they must have any and all investments managed through a blind-trust. 

No more illegal stock trades, no more illegal land deals, no more "Me-First" decisions that come at the expense of everyone and anyone that is not serving in government.
