The philosophy and methodology of the government is nothing less than baffling the whole world opened the lockdown after the numbers were coming down and in India we removed the lockdown when the cases were increasing. Delhi govt opened the city just for earning revenue ....but the situation has worsened only solution is to shut again as that is the only way to stop the spread 

There have enough instances to shoe that the only way to stop the spread is through lockdown there is no way we can control with everything opened up
