This petition is to stop the repeated attacks on the Bani Amer ethnic group by groups that are supported by the army in the cities of Kassala and Port Sudan. We mainly point out to the hate speech, instigation of violence and continued escalation perpetratored by individuals like; the Hadandawa tribe chief Mohamed Ahmed Mohamed Al Amin Tirk known shortly as Tirk, Mohamed Al Hassan Osman Ihaymir known shorty as Ihaymir and the old military spokesman Shams Al Din Kabashi. The latest clashes in port Sudan which has resulted in many death came as a result of continued hate speech and targeting done by these individuals among others, army unites shelled a city area and soldiers participated in the carnage that fallowed. While the central Government is too weak to stop these repeated attacks. We can't watch these atrocities escalate. Thus, we ask the international community to take responsibility and present these individuals to the ICC and we point out to The International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (ICCPR) that states that "any advocacy of national, racial or religious hatred that constitutes incitement to discrimination, hostility, or violence shall be prohibited by law" and The Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination (ICERD) also prohibits racism, not to mention that the "Direct and public incitement to commit genocide" is prohibited by the 1948 Genocide Convention. 

عريضة لتقديم الناظر محمد احمد محمد الأمين ترك المعروف بترك و شمس الدين كباشي و المدعو محمد الحسن عثمان إحيمر والمعروف اختصاراً بإحيمر لمحكمة العدل الدولية بسبب خطاب الكراهية الذي يبثونه ضد بعض المكونات و القوميات في شرق السودان، وما نتج عنه اعمال قتل و نهب و ترويع لقوميات اثنية بعينها بلاشتراك مع مجموعات اثنية أخرى و قوى جيش نظامية في ولايتي كسلا و بورتسودان، وحيث أن الحكومة المركزية في الخرطوم و حكومات الأقاليم لا تتمتع بلقوة لإيقاف هذه المجازر المتكررة نرجو تدخل المجتمع الدولي  لإيقاف هذه الأعمال قبل أن تتطور إلى مرحلة التطهير العرقي و كما هو معلوم خطاب الكراهية دائما يسبق أعمال التطهير العرقية
