There has been a recent change to the Fingal Park Bye Laws, by the Fingal Co Council about walking your Dog Off Leash in Public Parks.

In Regional Parks you are now only allowed walk Off Leash in Designated Off Leash Areas. In Local Parks you are now only allowed to walk your dog Off Leash before 11 a.m and the Last hour before the park closes.

As a result of the change in the Bye Laws there has been a subsequent change to the fines issued by the Dog Warden if you are found in breach. The fine has now increased to €100 and up to €1300.
