IRS has not issued coronavirus relief fund to TaxPayers who filed jointly having Valid SSN and spouse with ITIN.

As per the IRS website they have mentioned in FAQ in section 14 that tax filers above combinations are not eligible.

This really makes no sense. If they do not want to issue fund to ITIN that’s fine but atleast make the payment to the primary tax payer who has valid SSN and also to their kids who are born in America and having valid SSN.
