March 1,2015 Dorsey Was Driving Alone On St Charles Parkway  In White Plains Maryland At About 4:30pm When He Lost Control Of His Car It Came To Rest After Hitting A Tree In The Median. Witness Who Called 911 Said Dorsey Was Flooping Like A Fish, The Charles County Mobile Intensive Care Unit Responded To The Scene For The Motor Vehicle Accident With Person Having Seizures. Cpl. Michale Sokoloff Who Responded To The Scene Approached The Vehicle Said Dorsey Was On His Back Kicking His Legs  Like A Child Having A Temper Tantrum After Dorsey Rolled On His Stomach And Reached For A Fire Fighters Leg,Sokoloff Ordered Him To Put His Hands Behind His Back Dorsey Failed To Comply And Tried To Stand Up Cpl Sokoloff Tasered Him Hitting Him In The Back With Probes Cpl Sokoloff Shocked Dorsey Father Of Four Several Times (More Then 3 Times) Dorsey Was Later Handcuffed And Place In Leg Shackles At The Scene And Stop Moving Dorsey Stopped Breathing , And Paramedics Administrated CPR Before He Was Taken To A Hospital.  Deontre L Dorsey,32 Died Nearly Nine Months After He Was Left In A Semi-Vegetative State After Being Hit With A Stun Gun By A Corporal With The Charles County Sheriff’s Office! Dorsey Suffered A Seizure While Driving And Ran His Car Off The Road. Dorsey Parents Filed A Formal Complaint  With The Justice Department’s Civil Rights Division. (What Happen Here Was Terribly Wrong -And It Could Happen To Anyone Experiencing A Seizure Like Deontre.  This Man Needs To Be Facing Criminal Charges For Using Senseless Force On A Black African American Who Was In Need Of Medical Attention For Having A Seizure Instead Cpl Sokoloff Taser Him! He Is Still Walking Around Freely And He Needs To Do Time And Think About The Life  He Has Taken From Us
