Due to COVID-19 privately owned campgrounds are not opening on time or at all.

This petition addresses the campgrounds that are not giving any discount or prorated refund for days missed due to closure.

Although each campground has different policies, many, have charged full price and have not opened on time or at all.

If a campground can not open it should not be charging clients full price, clients should not be paying for services not being provided. Clients should not have to choose to leave either, this will just allow campgrounds to continue to get away with this when the next person is charged.

If a campground does not open at all, storage fees would be reasonable.
