There is an out of control dog roaming unattended around the streets of Starbeck, Harrogate killing cats.. to date this dog has mauled and killed 3 cats that we know of. The dog is always “escaping from the house” the owner seems to think it’s acceptable that her dog is just killing cats!! Its one excuse after another to why and how the dog escape but it’s never her fault! In our eyes this is neglectful behaviour! The poor dog had been taught that this is acceptable behaviour..

How long will it be until the dog decides to bite a child?!

The RSPCA have no jurisdiction and The Dog Warden has no power to remove the dog We are however pressuring the Police, Local MP and Councillor to get the dog removed from the house.

We want justice for James, Logan and Jasper!!
