Our friend Patrick Murphy's Nov.13 execution is stayed,but he is not out of danger.This stay is again religious reason,not because he was not a shooter!

He was not even on the scene.He didn't notice there was a shooting for 10-15 minutes.He never drove to crime scene.

We will continue to fight.Patrick never killed anyone in his life.He was sentenced to death under notorious Texas "Law of Parties",Texas Penal code 7.02(b).

Which means,for Patrick,He joined Robbery as a getaway driver.Co-defendant of Robbery (=felony) Shot Officer Hawkins (Another felony Patrick did not do =capital murder!)far away from Patrick.

Patrick's involvement in the robbery was being a getaway driver who never drove to the crime scene.But This Law made Patrick responsible Capital Murder..!

Patrick Henry Murphy Jr.did not kill anyone in his life.

He was sentenced to death for murder he didn’t commit.

He was not on the crime scene.He was the other side of huge building,didn’t notice there was a shooting for 10-15 minutes.

On Dec.13.2000, only 15 months before he would have been eligible for parole. Seven prisoners, later called the "Texas Seven" escaped from prison and then committed a robbery.

While robbing the Sporting Goods store in Irving, Texas, Police officer Aubrey Hawkins was shot to death.

 

Patrick Murphy was convicted and sentenced to death for the death of officer Hawkins.

State of Texas know Patrick did not (and could not)harm officer Hawkins.

--His only surviving co-defendant,Randy Halprin’s gun was not fired.Patrick checked his gun.Randy's scheduled execution is thankfully stayed because his (and Patrick's)trial judge used racist words.Hoping all cases,especially Patrick,who is running out of time,will examined.----

We don’t need any science to proof Patrick’s innocence.

He was far away from the scene.(about 100 yards,over 90 meters)

He didn’t drove to crime scene.There are some people who are mistaking Patrick ran over officer’s body,No,it was one of his co-defendants who drove a car from crime scene to pick up point where Patrick was waiting,without knowledge what happened.

Years ago,Patrick told me when he sent the map showing where he was.

“Someday,tell everyone the truth”.

Patrick Henry Murphy Jr.is born in Oct.3.1961 as a first child of teenage mother.He endured sexual abuse by so many step father figure,begin with at age 4.As a result,he developed Complex PTSD.

At a trial,psychiatrist hired by trial lawyer ignored his apparent PTSD symptoms.

Patrick Murphy made poor choice in the past.But he is now much better man.He can help other people from inside,like he did to me.People who knows Patrick Murphy,in prison or free would,tell he is very calm man,makes them smile.

 

Patrick Murphy is not a killer.He deserve to live.

Please help him to give a chance.
