As current and future taxpayers in the State of Arizona recognize that Coercive Control is used in Domeatic Violence situations as an abusive technique to take away the rights to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness from residents in Arizona.  To that end, we the undersigned, make the following requests:

1. We request that the Arizona State Legislature include Coercive Control as a Criminal Offense I  the State of Arizona;

2. We request that the Arizona State Legislature identify policies and processes that help end the cycle of systemic domestic violence;

3. We request that the Arizona State Legislature identify and recommend a budget that addresses the root causes of systemic domestic violence;

4. We request that the Arizona State Legislature provide a budget that allows for the implementation and continued development of programs and practices that will help end the cycle of domestic violence.
