Why this petition matters

Dear Manu Kumar Jain,

Recently You & Xiaomi Launched Redmi Note 7 & Note 7 Pro with an Exceptional Hardware with Great Build Quality at an Affordable Price. We all love that phone and many hardcore Xiaomi users like us bought it.

But the Problem arises when we get to know that Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 Pro Lags in Video Recording. There is Continuous Frame Drops which makes Videos Stuttery as well as Frame Drops makes it unbearable.

Not only this, The Phone heats too much while recording and even in slow motion the frame drops happens and the whole video stutters like hell.

No, its not an issue with just one phone or with just my phone, I have a subscriber base of 250K at Youtube, and I have asked my audience, all of them who have Redmi Note 7 pro is facing this issue from the day of Purchase.

Well, Xiaomi's track of providing fixes and updates are good, but this time they are being completely silent on this condition. Its been more than 2 months and the problem still exist. Moreover, due to this problem, I can shoot any videos on Note 7 Pro, and also, due to the bad software optimization, We cant even edit on that phone as most of the Video editor Fails to recognize that phone.

So, Xiaomi should atleast provide us with a statement if they are going to fix it or not, we want xiaomi to fix these issues. We know, Snapdragon 675 is a new processor, but its already been more than 2 months and they can't get to fix just a video recording lag.

I want you all to sign this petition and share its link on every social media or private groups, so our voices reach the developers of Xiaomi and their heads.

I am signing this petition after xiaomi didn't responded to any of my tweets.

Lets see what happens next.
