The people of Owego, NY want & need access to safe, legal, adult use cannabis.  Not because they want to "party" but because of its proven ability to provide relief of pain, anxiety, ADD, ADHD, insomnia & improved appetite. 

Before the licensing opens up at the state level, towns across New York must decide to allow licenses to be issued.

When the Office of Cannabis Management opens up applications there are several businesses in the area hoping to obtain adult use cannabis licenses. 

The Owego Town Board needs to hear from residents who want Owego to allow legal cannabis sales.
