We became aware of the flagrant facts of violations of the rights and important problems of people – prisoners from different countries, whose rights are now violated in the Hungarian prisons of Gyor and Nyirbator. Due to scarce information, presumably all these people are mainly refugees and migrants from Armenia, Afghanistan, Iran, Pakistan, India, Nigeria, China, Vietnam, Moldova, Mongolia, Venezuela, Russia, Ichkeria, Albania, Libya, Cameroon, Senegal, Jordan, etc.

The Hungarian authorities, in violation of their international obligations, have been pursuing an anti-migrant policy for a long time, which has already been repeatedly criticized and discussed at a high international level. But ahe anti-migrant policy in Hungary continues to this day ...

The malicious failure of the Hungarian authorities to comply with the recommendations of the international community irrefutably prove the existence of an organized criminal community that poses a danger to society, the criminal purpose of which is to obstruct the administration of justice and cynical violation of the goals assigned by the state to each of its members - officials - and tasks.

Those corrupt competent officials of Hungary, abusing their official powers, do not fulfill the functions assigned to them, although they receive monthly salaries from the country's treasury ... They receive wages for NOT fulfilling their duties, therefore, they are actually deceiving the state and robbing the treasury and their people - taxpayers who, with their tax deductions, support these corrupt officials!

To achieve the criminal goal of obstructing the administration of justice through the use of their official position, prison officials and their accomplices from the immigration authorities use criminal means: refugees and migrants are unlawful deprived of their liberty and placed in prisons.

At the same time, torture conditions are created for prisoners, their rights are violated: answers from the courts come in Hungarian, and the authorities deliberately do not provide translators; detention periods are often extended without the presence of the detainees in court; authorities deliberately deny migrants the right of appeal and access to effective remedies; communication with the outside world, with family and friends is broken; limited access to the Internet; there is no telephone connection; the cells are overcrowded; sanitary standards are violated, there is a risk of infection with covid-19; trouble walking outdoors; there is no medical care, or it is insufficient, etc. ... 

We appeal all officials from competent authorities to conduct an independent investigation of our statement; stop violating the rights of refugees and migrants; and to restore their rights!
