During home University of Michigan football games, the student section leads a chant ("you suck bitch"), directed toward the opponent, while the Michigan Marching Band plays Temptation. Many people feel embarrassed and take offense when the crowd chants this kind of gendered profanity including women, people of color, and queer people. Some people even feel unsafe. Some veterans find it disrespectful when shouted at the people who put their lives on the line for our country, like the service academies' teams.

On September 7, 2019, Army plays the University of Michigan at Michigan Stadium. Let's respect our fellow Wolverines, our veterans, and honor Army. For one game, let's ask the Michigan Marching Band to replace Temptation with a different song of their choice (such as a verse from the Army Fight Song) and show everyone that #UMichBetterThanThis.
