Support Hong Kong Human Rights and Democracy Act against The Extradition Bill

We are fighting against the extradition bill that would allow criminal suspects to be sent to mainland China for trial.

If amended, Hong Kong will no longer be a safe city and this bill will destroy our human rights. Under this bill, the Communist Party  could make extradition request easily with false charges to anyone who is in Hong Kong. The court and legislative council do not have power to monitor extradition requests.

We demand the withdrawal of the amendment. We are calling on the UK, US, Germany, Canada, Austria and Malaysia legislators enacting the Hong Kong Human Rights and Democracy Act. Under these bills the governments would identify the Pro-Beijing persons responsible for making and implementing anti-human Rights policies and other actions suppressing basic freedoms. The governments would be empowered to freeze their UK, US, Germany, Canada, Austria and Malaysia-based assets and deny them entry into these countries.

支持《香港人權與民主法案》反對《逃犯條例》修訂

我們反對《逃犯條例》修訂，容許懷疑涉案人士送交中國大陸受審。一旦通過修例，香港不再是安全的城市，人身權利不受保障。根據修訂，中共能輕易地以虛假的指控，要求引渡身在香港的任何懷疑涉案人士，然而法庭和立法會沒有權力監察有關引渡要求。

我們要求撤回對《逃犯條例》修訂，英、美、德、加拿大、奧地利及馬來西亞國會制訂相關的《香港人權與民主法案》，授權該國政府對制訂和執行違反人權政策或打壓基本自由的親北京人士，凍結他們在該國的資產和拒絕他們入境該國。
