value Joe akhigbe is a serving corps member (who was supposed to have passed out on the 13th of December, 2018) in pleatue state, jos south LGA,  he was an active member of the drama and dance CDS group. The sad incidence all began on the 10th of December, 2018 where he left his lodge (as testified by his fellow colleagues) and that was the last time value was heard from nor seen by both family, friends and colleagues.

On the phase of this his family members were expecting value to share his passing out pictures and clips but to no avail, he was unable to be contacted on phone and likewise,  on the 18th of December, 2018 a representative of his family member (akhigbe Jerry - elder brother) came down to his PPA and local government area where he served to find out what was going on, he properly entered his complain with the NYSC OFFICIALS (Jos south and the state coordinator pleatue state) and the Nigeria police jos south division, his complaint was received and the body (NYSC - pleatue state) promised to carry out proper investigation and findings of Mr. Value Joe Akhigbe where about,  the issue lingered with no proper actions and steps taken to carry out investigation or report to higher authority,  which led to his elder bro revisiting pleatue on the 29th of December, 2018 to lament bitterly that he and the family has not heard anything concerning progress made so far and no apprending nor questioning has been done, even the DG NYSC Nigeria was yet to be informed and up till this moment 16th February, 2019 no one has been brought for questioning nor investigation, with this the police (jos south division)  was pressurized by the family and they lament of the nonchalant attitude of NYSC PLEATUE STATE to provide resources to carry out their duties.

solution 

This is a heavy Neglence of Duty by the NYSC PLEATUE STATE BODY, I am here by petitioning the body to take responsibility for their irresponsible attitude and not valuing the course of the scheme and human life, as I can tell this might not be the first they are acting in an irresponsible manner,  I call on well meaning Nigerians to sign this petition against the body and let them take responsibility to bring back Value Joe Akhigbe.
