This petition is meant to stop the TP&W from closing the harvest of flounder by any means from November 1st through December 15th. This will affect bait camps, hotels, restaurants and the people who enjoy the thump of catching flounder. This closure will be for a minimum of 7 years according to the TP&W. We all know once they close it we will never get it back.
