2nd August 2022: Marc Ching continues to practice and advertise his services and still obtain scam donations directly to the Animal Hope and Wellness Shelter in China.  He and his co conspirators Jon Cosu and Micheal Chour still operate in Ghana across USA and in South East Asia but murdering countless dogs on social media snd setting up fake rescues. DO Not donate to them !! 

Marc Ching stood trial for 7 accounts which resulted in 6 being dismissed. He posed as a Veterinary Professional giving medication to innocent dogs who suffered immensely and other unfortunately died. As Mike Feuer stated 'the unlicensed practice of veterinary medicine is just as serious an issue for our beloved animals,”  Any Animal that is the care of Marc Ching is at risk, he has no remorse thinks he is above the law. Marc Ching sentenced to 12 months of probation and ordered to pay a $1,000 fine. He also agreed not to make false or misleading statements in promoting his business which is laughable  the Federal Trade Commission accused Ching of making false or deceptive claims that an herbal supplement he was selling could treat COVID-19 and that some of his other products could treat cancer.  Again Ching denied doing anything wrong when he clearly was misleading people in buying his products deceptively . He agreed to a settlement in which he is barred from making baseless claims that his products can treat the coronavirus or cancer.

We the under signed are continue to demand that Marc Ching is further investigated into below crimes there is a pattern of his deception which lead to death of many animals. 

Justice4jessie continues to expose Marc Ching and will get justice for all the animals that have been murdered tortured and people who have been scammed by Marc Ching and associates. 

We the undersigned are demanding the immediate arrest and prosecution of Marc Ching for torturing and killing dogs ,animal cruelty and for fraud and scamming the public.

Jessie is one of  the countless Dogs that suffered a painful tortuous execution  by Marc Ching so that he could scam the public for money ( donations) 

• Murder and Torture of Jessie

Liberty, was another one of the countless  dogs used by Marc Ching in his fake campaigns ,he paid and took footage of  Liberty being tortured by  having her legs chopped off , so he could use the footage in his fake campaigns for more donations. He then  had  prosthetic legs  attached to her and he  tormented her whilst  forcing her to live with him - her abuser . He used Liberty as another one of his abused dogs posters for his fake campaigns. 

• Liberty's Torture

Angel, was another dog who Marc Ching paid to have tortured by  4 men and repeatedly beaten to death till she couldn't take anymore. He then used  the horrific  footage AGAIN to get more  donations for his fake  campaign.  

• Angel's Horrific and Brutal Murder

Another Dog  called Chance and re named Riley  who suffered and  was used by Marc Ching to further his fake campaigns for more donations.  

Marc Ching  has scammed so many celebrities and members of the public for donations pretending the money was used to rescue animals where in fact he let 1000 dogs  which people donated  money to rescue , he left to die a horrible death whilst he profited the money for himself. 

There is more evidence that has been gathered of all his fraudulent activities involving being given loads of donations to help dogs in Asia none of which  reached the animals. 

Marc Ching used donations to set up two businesses: The Petstaurant one based in Sherman Oaks and another in Los Angeles . He used these businesses to falsely  claim to cure animals  through his unsubstantiated and  dangerous products . Which has lead to the pain and suffering  in some cases deaths of the animals involved.

This guy is a very charming snake oil salesman who has no idea what he is talking about but is incredibly charming.  He has ZERO training in veterinary medicine or nutrition. Beware! Listening to him made my dog sick!f you want to save a trip- he'll tell you that your itchy dog has a yeast infection (you can ask your vet for a skin sitology or culture to diagnose this yeast infection....spoiler alert....it doesn't exist).  Dogs don't get candida yeast (the kind of yeast that humans get that is responsive to cutting out sugar).He'll tell you that flea medicine is messing up your dogs immune system and causing allergies (that's not a thing).  I listened to him and my dog ended up getting a blood parasite from flea bites!  Should have kept him on the flea meds (which by the way, I later found out Comfortus the flea med he said was toxic is actually ORGANIC and completely safe).He'll sell you a bunch of supplements and give you dietary information that isn't complete or balanced (the diet he put my dog on didn't have enough taurine and caused him to get a heart murmur).  Found that out when I went to see the actual REAL veterinary nutritionist at Metropolitan Animal Specialty Hospital in Hollywood. She is great by the way, and has a real degree!And google Marc Ching's name if you want to read about his unethical actions with the "charity" group he founded.  How do you lose $100,000 that was supposed to go to dogs in China? Marc Ching  took $250,000 for of the publics donations to this charity  called Animal Hope and Wellness Foundation (who  have  also been implicated in this scams ) to invest into his own personal criminal activities  including investing  the money into a company that went bankrupt. The donations never  reached the animals . 

Another one of  Marc Ching's his fraudulent business is called The Whole Leaf Organics  this is when he has been peddling  products to the public  falsely claiming that its cure for  ( CoronaVirus ) COVID 19 and` Cancer .He has been charged  by the Federal Trade Commission  Sections 5 and 12 of the Federal Trade Commission (“FTC ”) Act by making claims that his products can treat and/or prevent certain diseases.

Marc Ching is also  a convicted felon who was sentence to 11 years in prison and served 7 years for  kidnapping , extortion, assault with a deadly weapon   armed robbery and he continues to pose a menace to both animals and people, he must be immediately  stopped and made accountable for his crimes and atrocities against animals and humans.
