Hello. I brought Asus zenfone Max Pro M2 on 25th December 2018. First of all the Pie update is delayed on this device by 3 months.currently in the latest pie update that I received on 11th of April, I am facing many bugs like
1. unnecessary circle in the home button while the Google assistant is enabled.
2. Problem in notification bar sometimes the 4g icon disappears.
3. The popup notification that I receive doesn't aligned properly.
4. When I turn on the location in the notification bar the bluetooth turned on automatically.
and lastly some amazing features like adaptive battery and digital wellbeing are missing.

5. Many reported battery draining issue, screen flickering issue, brightness issue, etc.

Many user on the forum reported this issue but no moderator has a proper answer. Many customer have suggested a lot of things like the camera UI that we don't like and the support of native video calling i.e not enabled till now. But Asus never listen to us, They never fix up bugs that occurred in the recent update always we have to wait for one month to get a new update and hoping for the previous bug to get fixed, rarely those bug get fixed.

All of the same things happened with their different models i.e max pro m1 and max m2.

All we need is a good stable update and we want Asus to hear what we want (like change the camera UI). Sign this petition if you are having problems with your asus mobiles
