DeAndre was incarcerated for a crime he did not commit.  He spent 27 yrs of a 44 yr as being incarcerated. DeAndre deserves a second chance in life. When he was sentenced he was only 16 and he was not familiar with with the justice system and he pleaded out to Nolo Contendra. DeAndre should had been release a long time ago. When he came up for parole on the 25 yr sentence he was denied. He has discharged his first sentence and has immediately began life with parole sentence. There has been a outcry for juvenile justice reform. This innocent man has spent most of his life behind bars when he should been free enjoying his second chance at living his life. There are several ppl who are innocent of their crimes and they are thrown in the system because they are poor, black, and uneducated.
