In recent years the Planning Board has annulled legally approved natural and agricultural reserves, approved several disastrous Comprehensive Regulations (Reglamento Conjunto), a Comprehensive Zoning Map, has deceived the residents of Puerto Rico and spearheaded countless illegal acts and approvals.

We demand the immediate restitution of these reserves:

1. Reserva Natural del Río Camuy (RNRC), Municipios de Camuy y Hatillo

2. Reserva Agrícola Costa Norte, en los Municipios de Arecibo, Hatillo, Camuy y Quebradillas

3. Reserva Natural Punta Cabuyones (RNPC), Ponce.

4. Reserva Natural Finca Nolla (RNFN), Camuy

5. Reserva Natural Punta Petrona (RNPP), Santa Isabel

6. Reserva Natural Punta Guilarte (RNPG), Arroyo

7. Reserva Natural Río Cialitos (RNRC), Jayuya y Ciales

8. Reserva Natural Cañón San Cristobal (RNCSC), Barranquitas y Aibonito

9. Reserva Natural Mar Chiquita (RNMC), Manatí

10. Reserva Natural Humedal Playa Lucía (RNHPL), Yabucoa.

We also demand the restitution of the maps that were legally approved for the municipal Plans of Lajas and Rincón and the annulment of Reglamento Conjunto 2020 and demand a full stop on the proposed Mapa de Calificación that is secretly being prepared by the Planning Board.
