Services should be provided for all children living in a licensed foster home that includes the foster parents biological children as well. Children in care have trauma's that affects the entire home.  The Department Of Children and Family Services have programs that disqualifies foster parent biological children such as mental health , education, financial , and social programs. As a licensed foster parent who provided care for over 10 years I feel my children was greatly impacted by sharing their parent and not have services in place that would assist with the stress and stress of living with children with mental and physical disorders. Biological children are often over looked because they are not living in a out of home placement. However, some biological children are exposed to unhealth behaviors. Adjustment issues may arise due to losing their foster brother/sister when they retune home. Some parents do not want their child to stay connected to the foster parents biological children.  Services should be allowed to all children in the home as a help to the foster parent.
