WHAT HAPPENED TO RALPH BELL?

The competency and professionalism of the Stillwater PD, Roseville PD, and Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension has been called into question. Serious procedural lapses by these organizations continue to be revealed. There are many cases this has been proven. Among the most glaring infractions, all investigators neglected to interview numerous witnesses, mishandled crucial physical evidence, and did not utilize all resources available to locate Ralph while he was still a missing person.

These failures not only delayed locating Ralph but also jeopardized the state’s ability to effectively gain FBI involvement while he was possibly still alive!

Public criticism of all 3 of these departments in this case has been widespread for more than just Ralph’s case. Ramsey county medical examiner provided the mother of Ralph, Corhea, with a final report, but no cause of death cited. So who made the decision to state it was suicide? We have attended city council meetings in Stillwater and Roseville and each city seems to be shifting blame to the other.

Deficiencies in the authorities procedures undermine the public’s confidence not only in future investigations but also in past decisions that were reached based on data gathered from BCA efforts.

Our call to action for justice for Ralph Bell is that GOVERNOR TIM WALZ ASSIST IN RECOMMENDING A NEW INDEPENDENT INVESTIGATION INTO THIS CASE!
