Considering the fact that the Dutch government has made an exception to the new 'lockdown' rules, giving universities the discretion to let physical exams (on campus) continue, we ask the EUR to guarantee this possibility for students who do not wish to undergo proctored online exams due to legitimate reasons such as privacy concerns and previously experienced practical problems in earlier proctored exams.
