Why this petition matters

Started by Brian Boger

This is a petition to support the development of the Neshaminy Creek Greenway. The overall project which has been a goal of the county for over 50 years would connect 300,000 Bucks County residents by a 33 mile multi-use trail linking Peace Valley Park, Tyler Park and Core Creek Park to the Delaware River as well as all the communities between.

By signing this petition you are telling the Bucks County Board of Commissioners that you support the completion of a segment of the trail in the Dark Hollow Park section of the Little Neshaminy Creek. As with all public projects there are folks who both support and oppose this project. We hope you will join with us in expressing support for trails that support alternative transportation, and family-safe recreation in our County in a way that supports and enhances its natural beauty.

You can experience a completed section of the Neshaminy Creek Greenway in Doylestown Twp., New Britain Twp., and Chalfont Borough. Thank you in advance for your support and lending your voice to this project! When signing the petition please include your zip code so that the Commissioners will know that this support is coming from our community.
