We are families with a Very High Risk (VHR) member and therefore cannot send our children to school.  We are campaigning for blended/online learning which should reduce numbers and risk in schools. In some cases the VHR person is a parent or sibling with illnesses such as Leukaemia, Cancer, Heart disease and Auto Immune illnesses. In theses circumstances the student does not qualify for the home tuition grant.  Our Children are missing out on class tuition, they cannot teach themselves and this is putting them at a severe disadvantage for sitting their exams.

The Department of Education should have an online/blended  learning platform that students can access for every subject and help them fulfill their constitutional right to an education.  Please support us and sign the petition
